Home loans for your next move

Buying, refinancing, or taking cash out? The right loan depends on you: your goal, your income, your credit, and the home. So we start with your situation. Then the numbers you see are built on it, not on a guess.

Loan options

Purchase loans. Refinances. Cash-out refinances. Home equity lines of credit (HELOCs).

How it works

  1. Tell me your goals. A lower payment, a shorter term, cash out, paying off other debt, or leverage for something else.
  2. Get pre-qualified, then apply. You get rough numbers first, so you know what’s possible. Then you apply.
  3. You see your options. Loan program and rate quotes. Points or no points, with the terms and the estimated costs.
  4. You decide. Then I manage the file from processing to closing. You hear from me every week and at major milestones.

What’s needed, and when

Some steps are in my hands. Others, like the appraisal, escrow, title, and insurance, are with someone else. Either way, you’ll know what’s needed and when, and I keep it moving forward for you.

Selling or buying, too?

Then your sale, your new purchase, and your loan run as one plan. What your home could sell for, what you’d walk away with, and what that could buy you next.

Common questions

What’s the difference between a cash-out refinance and a HELOC?

A cash-out refinance replaces your current loan with a new, larger one, and you take the difference in cash. A HELOC is a line of credit on top of your current loan. You draw from it as you need it.

How do I know if refinancing makes sense for me?

It depends on your goal, your current loan, and what it costs to refinance. We look at your current loan next to your options, and you decide.

Do I have to use you as my agent, too?

No. Use me for the loan, the sale, the purchase, or all of it.
